Know what you own, where it was last seen, and who had it last.

Managed asset control for rail, construction and infrastructure contractors — so your high-value portable kit is accounted for, and you can act before a missing item becomes a permanent loss.

The problem

Expensive portable assets move constantly — and nobody can quickly say where they are.

Batteries, tools and equipment pass between workers, vehicles, depots and sites every shift. Items get left behind, walk off, or simply can't be found when they're needed. The result is avoidable replacement spend, delayed work and disputes nobody can resolve.

The operational reality we address

More than tracking

This isn't GPS tracking. It's managed asset control.

Tracking tells you where one thing is. Asset control answers the questions an operations or finance lead actually asks — and we run the whole service for you.

What are we protecting?

Every tracked asset shows up in one live register — a clear view of the high-value kit you're keeping eyes on.

Where was it last seen?

Each tracker reports its own GPS location, giving you a clear last-seen position and movement history.

Who had it last?

Assets are assigned to people, teams, vans, depots or projects — so accountability is built in.

Did it come back?

Shift-end exception reports flag what didn't return — before it becomes a permanent loss.

What's missing now?

Missing-asset and left-behind alerts tell you the moment something's unaccounted for.

Where are we losing money?

Reporting surfaces recurring problem locations, idle equipment and avoidable replacement purchases.

How the system works

Fit, report, see, act.

We combine proven, third-party hardware with a clear management dashboard and a service wrapped around it. We choose the right mix of sensing for each asset — honestly, based on where it goes.

Fit trackers

We fit rugged GPS/cellular trackers to the high-value tools and equipment that go missing.

They report in

Each tracker reports its own GPS location over the mobile network — on a schedule and when it moves.

Dashboard

A live register, last-seen locations, assignments and movement records in one place.

Alerts & action

Missing-asset, left-behind and exception alerts trigger your escalation process.

Lead use case

High-value portable batteries & tools

The kit that moves most is often the most expensive to replace. Portable batteries, core drills, test equipment and power tools travel between stores, vans, charging areas and the work front every single day — which is exactly where accountability breaks down.

  • Fit a GPS tracker to high-value items and assign them to a person, van, team or project.
  • Each tracker reports its own location over the mobile network.
  • Get a last-seen location and a record of who held them.
  • Receive a movement, left-behind or missing alert when something's not where it should be.

Accountability workflow

From assignment to escalation

A simple, repeatable loop that turns scattered kit into an accountable asset base.

Assign

Allocate each asset to an employee, team, vehicle, depot or project.

Check out & in

Record transfers as kit leaves stores and returns — with a clear chain of custody.

Detect & last-seen

Automatic detection logs last-seen location and movement as assets pass gateways.

Shift-end exceptions

An end-of-shift report shows what returned, what didn't, and who had it.

Alert

Missing and left-behind alerts flag problems while there's still time to act.

Escalate

A defined escalation process kicks in when an asset is missing or suspected stolen.

Concept preview — not live data

One dashboard for your whole asset base

A live register, asset cards, last-seen map, status and alerts — designed to be readable at a glance by stores, supervisors and management.

Concept design for demonstration. Screens, data and asset references are illustrative only.

Built for the whole organisation

Value for operations, finance and the front line

Operations

Control & uptime

  • Know what's available and where, right now
  • Fewer delays hunting for missing kit
  • Clear accountability across teams and sites
Finance

Lower loss & spend

  • Fewer avoidable replacement purchases
  • Visibility of recurring loss locations
  • A defensible, auditable asset base
Site & depot

Faster, fairer days

  • Quicker shift starts and handovers
  • End-of-shift exception reports
  • Fewer disputes over who had what

Scope

We agree the assets, sites and vehicles to include, and the outcomes that matter to you.

Install & onboard

We tag assets, deploy gateways and set up your dashboard, team and process.

Run & measure

The service runs live while we capture a clear baseline of losses and exceptions.

Review & roll out

We review results against the agreed criteria and plan a wider rollout.

Start small, prove it

A focused pilot, built to prove value

You don't have to commit to a full rollout to find out whether managed asset control works for you. We run a fixed-scope pilot on a defined set of high-value assets, with clear success criteria and a results review — designed to convert into a wider programme only when it's earned its place.

Specialist in rail. Built for infrastructure.

We start where accountability is hardest — rail and civil engineering — but the same tracking and monitoring works for any business with valuable equipment on the move.

Security & privacy

Your data, handled responsibly

We treat asset and operational data with care. Our approach is designed around UK data protection requirements, with role-based access so people see what they need to — and no more.

  • Designed around UK GDPR and data-minimisation principles
  • Role-based access for stores, supervisors and management
  • Clear data handling, retention and access controls

Implementation & support

We run it, so you don't have to

This is a managed service. We handle installation, onboarding and training, and we stay involved — so your team stays focused on the job, not on administering a system.

  • Installation and asset tagging handled for you
  • Onboarding and training for your team
  • Ongoing support and escalation when assets go missing

Honest answers

Questions worth asking

Is this just GPS tracking?

We fit GPS/cellular trackers that report their own location over the mobile network — that's the core of the service, ideal for your high-value portable assets. (Bluetooth tags are an optional add-on for smaller items.) The real difference is that we don't just sell you devices — we fit them, monitor them for you, and give you a live register, last-seen visibility, accountability and alerts.

Can you track every asset everywhere, all the time?

No — and we won't claim that. Trackers report their position on a schedule and when they move, not as a constant live feed. Coverage depends on GPS and mobile signal, so it can be limited underground, inside tunnels, inside metal containers, and anywhere without usable signal. What we provide is reliable last-seen visibility and movement history where coverage allows.

Will this guarantee we recover stolen assets?

No one can honestly guarantee recovery. What we do is improve accountability, alert you quickly when something is missing, and increase the likelihood of recovery — with recovery tracking on selected compatible assets.

What's the difference between a Bluetooth tag and a GPS tracker?

A Bluetooth tag is small, low-power and long-lasting; it's detected when it comes near a gateway (in a van, depot or charging area). A GPS/cellular tracker reports its own location over the mobile network and suits selected higher-value or higher-risk assets. We recommend the right mix for each asset rather than forcing one technology onto everything.

Do we have to replace all our existing equipment?

No. We fit trackers to the assets you already own. The service is manufacturer-independent and built around your kit, not a single brand's ecosystem.

Keep. Monitor. Guard.
